Monster Project

Planning: My planning for this was easy because we already had a drawing picked out of what to do, so I just brainstormed ways I could make it.

Description: I first got my clay and wedged it so there were no air bubbles, and then I made a pinch pot. Once I got my pinch pot made and flipped it upside down I started adding on all the little things. This took a couple of tries and I had to redo it, but I eventually got it. I am still in the process of making it so it's not al; the way done and fired yet.

Reflection: I cannot fully reflect on this yet because it's not finished, I still haven't painted it yet. Paint is very important because it brings a piece to life. However, when this is finished, I think it will be one of my favorite projects. I like it and I am so far proud of it. When It is all the way done and is painted with the colors you see in that photo, I think it will look really good.

I was in Africa for most of this unit so I couldn't get much done because I didn't have much time, I showed the photos of things I would like to make in ceramics for makeup work while I was gone but here are some bonus photos!
